At Vedanta-FACOR’s ferro chrome auction today, the larger lot (Cr: 52-55% min, 10-150 mm) fetched an H1 price of INR 110,100/t exw, down by INR 5,000/t from the previous auction. The smaller lot of the same grade and size closed at INR 112,800/t exw. The drop in bids could likely be linked to ongoing bid-offer gaps amid weak demand for stainless steel.
