Billet exports from CIS is hardly seen

Export deals of Billet from the CIS are few in number as compared to those last week because demand for the material is not encouraging.

Billet offers is anticipated to slip in line with weakening Euro scrap market scenario.     

Billet is being offered at US $553/MT, FOB Black Sea.
