China: Stainless steel production holds steady m-o-m in Oct’25

China produced 3.5 mnt of stainless steel in Oct’25, maintaining levels similar to the previous month. The 300-series accounted for the highest share at 1.78 mnt, while 200-series output increased marginally to 1.08 mnt. Production of 400-series material stood at 0.62 mnt. Cumulative Jan-Oct’25 output reached 33.3 mnt, rising 5.6% from 31.53 mnt in the year-ago period.
