India: SAIL to auction over 17,000 t crude coal tar

SAIL subsidiaries are set to auction 17,540 t of crude coal tar:

• SAIL-Rourkela has re-offered 9,500 t at an auction on 31 Oct’25 after receiving no bids for the same volume on 28 Oct at a base price of INR 33,310/t.
• SAIL-Durgapur will auction 4,000 t on 1 Nov after selling 8,500 t at INR 32,200/t on 28 Oct, down INR 5,300/t.
• SAIL-IISCO will be offering 4,040 t on 31 Oct.
