Most of the Russian blast furnaces have stopped operations reducing export prices. Offers stood at $390-400/t FOB Black and Baltic Sea to European Union ($412-415/t C&F western ports of the EU) for this week.
Russian suppliers might raise offers by around $30/t to $450 FOB Baltic Sea ports as bookings till the month of August is full.
