Nepal’s rebar prices declined by NPR 700/t ($5/t) w-o-w to NPR 72,500-74,500/t ($513-527/t) for cash guarantee sales and NPR 74,500-76,500/t ($527–541/t) for bank guarantee ones, primarily due to sluggish demand during the festive season. Wire rod (IF-EAF) offers were also heard lower, at $466/t CNF Raxaul.
