Medium-carbon silico manganese (Mn 53%, Si 20%, C max 0.5%) prices in India climbed up by INR 350/t ($4/t) w-o-w to INR 83,100/t ($936/t) exw-Durgapur on 9 Oct’25. The increase in prices was driven by persistent supply constraints, coupled with rising demand. Offers ranged between INR 83,000-83,500/t ($935-941/t), with a deal for around 60 t concluded at INR 83,000/t ($935/t).
