China’s Taiyuan Iron and Steel Corporation (TISCO) raised its ferro chrome tender price by RMB 600/t ($84/t) in Sep’25 to RMB 8,245/t ($1,158/t) DAP, inclusive of taxes. This price hike was likely driven by Tsingshan’s higher tender price for Sep’25 and a rise of RMB 662/t ($93/t) m-o-m in Chinese domestic tags so far in Sep’25 against Aug.
