The Chhattisgarh Environment Conservation Board (CECB) has granted consent to operate (CTO) to SAIL-Bhilai Steel Plant’s first 1 mnt/annum pellet plant at the Dalli Rajhara mines. The plant is part of the IOC complex, featuring an upstream slime beneficiation unit with annual capacity of 0.6 mnt and covering an area of 19 ha. This extension involves the validity of previous clearances and permissions.
