Nepal’s rebar prices declined by NPR 1,500/t ($10/t) w-o-w to NPR 73,500-75,500/t ($520-535/t) for cash guarantee sales and NPR 75,500-77,500/t ($535-549/t) for bank guarantee sales. Prices were weighed down by weak demand during monsoon and festive season. Wire rod (IF-EAF) offers also dropped by $14/t w-o-w to $482/t CNF Raxaul.
