India: SAIL to auction over 10,000 t of crude coal tar

Subsidiaries of SAIL are set to auction 10,969 t of crude coal tar:

• SAIL-Bhilai Steel Plant will auction 2,469 t on 1 Sep’25.
• SAIL-Durgapur Steel Plant will auction 8,500 t on 2 Sep’25.

Notably, SAIL-Durgapur’s 6,700-t auction, which was initially planned for 29 Aug’25, has been rescheduled to 2 Sep’25, with a revised quantity of 8,500 t.
