Europe: Aperam hikes stainless steel surcharges for Sep’25

Aperam, a leading global stainless steel producer, recently raised its surcharges on austenitic flat products for Sep’25. Post-revision, prices of the most-traded 304 (1.4301) grade stood at EUR 1,875/t ($2,194/t), up EUR 40/t ($47/t), and 316L (1.4404) at EUR 3,213/t ($3,759/t), up EUR 100/t ($117/t) m-o-m. Aperam has an annual capacity of over 2.5 mnt of flat stainless steel, with facilities in Europe, South America, and Asia.
