India: Hindustan Zinc cuts zinc prices by INR 200/t ($2/t), hikes lead rates

Hindustan Zinc (HZL) reduced prices of zinc ingots by INR 200/t ($2/t) and lead ingots up by INR 900/t ($10/t) compared to 21 Aug’25. Effective 25 Aug’25, revised tags of zinc ingots were at INR 283,100/t ($3,238/t) and lead at INR 202,500/t ($2,316/t) ex-Chanderiya. At the time of reporting, LME zinc and lead were at $2,805/t and $1,992/t, respectively.
