With increasing global HRC prices, Indian manufacturers have increased their HRC export offers by USD 5-10/MT this week. Current HRC offers are assessed at USD 400/MT, FoB India.Domestic manufacturers are currently focusing on export market because of better realization in overseas sales.
China’s HRC offers this week have registered an increase of USD 5/MT against last week.Current offers for 2.5 mm HRC (A36) are assessed at USD 385-395/MT, FoB China.As September-October is the peak season for construction activities in China, buying activities has improved in the country’s domestic market.
CIS-origin HRC offers are currently being heard at USD 370-375/MT, FoB Black Sea.
HRC export offers from Japan/Korea to Bangladesh are evaluated at USD 410-420/MT, CFR Chittagong; unaltered as last week.
