Korea South-East Power Company Limited (KOEN) has published a tender for purchase of 4.56 MnT sub bituminous coal for Samcheonpo and Yeongdong thermal power plant, Republic of Korea. The yearly requirement of the material is 1.52 MnT up to 3 years.
The contract period is about 3 years, starting from Nov’16 and ends on Mar’19. The shipping will be start from Nov’16 and the offer price should be one single fixed price based on FOBT.
The offer validity is for the period of 15 days from the date of tender closing. KOEN can request the bidder to extend validity period of bid, if necessary.
