India: SMIORE’s iron ore output rises, sales fall y-o-y in Q1FY’26

Sandur Manganese and Iron Ores Limited (SMIORE) recorded iron ore production of 1.07 mnt in Q1FY’26, a y-o-y rise of 23% as against 869,000 t in Q1FY’25.
Iron ore sales also fell by 21% y-o-y to 852,000 t in Q1FY’26 as compared to 1.07 mnt in the same period of last year.
Price realisations for iron ore sales remained largely stable y-o-y in Q1FY’26.
