Sellers of Billet from Azov/Black Sea ports of CIS are unwilling to reduce offers. Trading volumes are low in Caspian region on account of financial issues.
Few exports is seen at $540 FOB Black/Azov Sea due to Ramadan in Muslim countries and suppliers waiting for Turkish scrap market to show some direction, contracts are hardly seen.
Demand for Billet picks up slightly from Far East and offers for September bookings stand at $10/t less than than of August.
