India: Karnataka-based miners set to auction around 300,000 t of iron ore

Karnataka-based miners are set to auction 297,550 t of iron ore.

• R Praveen Chandra: 11,550-t lumps (6-30 mm, Fe 57.5%) on 8 Aug at a floor price of INR 5,500/t.
• KSMCL: 98,000-t lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 62.27-64.73%) and 120,000-t fines (Fe 61.51-62.54%) on 11 Aug.
• SKMEPL: 40,000-t lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 57.3-63.1%) and 28,000-t fines (Fe 53.2%) at INR 4,800-6,400/t and INR 3,000/t, respectively, on 11 Aug.

KSMCL’s prices exclude taxes, while others include them.
