Nepal’s rebar offers dropped by NPR 1,200/t ($9/t) w-o-w to NPR 76,500-77,500/t ($547-554/t) for cash guarantee sales and NPR 78,500-79,500/t ($562-569/t) for bank guarantee ones. Prices dropped w-o-w amid slow demand during the monsoon. However, wire rod offers rose by $5/t w-o-w to around $503/t CNF Raxaul, Nepal, for IF-EAF-route products.
