Iran: Billet, rebar prices hold steady on weak demand

Iran’s billet and rebar prices remained stable amid subdued demand in domestic and export markets. Billet export offers were at $420-430/t FOB, with prices stable but margins under pressure. Rebar prices hit a bottom, leaving mills with no profits, while sluggish trade limited any uptrend.

  • Billet stood at 309,500 rial/kg, stable compared to 21 Jul’25.
  • Rebar was at 375,000 rial/kg, firm during the same period.
