MMTC Invites EoI for Enrollment of Pellet Manufacturer for Exports

India’s leading trading house, MMTC has invited EOI (Expression of Interest) for manufacturers of iron ore pellets to exports through MMTC.

Objective of the EOI

On receipt of EOI from the bidders, MMTC will shortlist a panel of suppliers for supply of iron ore pellets. Then, MMTC shall be entering into MOU with the shortlisted bidders for supply of pellets for export inquiries.

Thereafter based on the requirement of international buyers, MMTC shall float Limited Tenders to the shortlisted suppliers by e-mail/fax who would be required to respond within the stipulated time.

Specification of iron ore pellets

1. Fe: 64.5% Min
2. SiO2: 6.40% Max
3. Al2O3: 0.50% Max
4. P: 0.050% Max
5. S: 0.020% Max
6. Moisture: 2% Max

The last date for submission of bids will be 26 Aug’16 till 15: 00 hrs.
