Indian ferro vanadium (FeV 50%) prices dipped by INR 10,000/t ($117/t) w-o-w to INR 1,083,000/t ($12,634/t) ex-Raipur, driven by sluggish demand from the special steels sector. While monsoon-related delays in transporting vanadium pentoxide feedstock slightly constrained supply, they did not offset the sharp drop in consumption. Buyers stayed cautious, and inventories remained high, making weak downstream orders the dominant force behind the price correction.
