SAIL-Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP) successfully auctioned 1,495 t of crude coal tar on 19 Jun’25, achieving a weighted average price of INR 37,200/t. The entire quantity was sold at around INR 700/t — higher compared to the previous auction. In the earlier auction held on 9 Jun, BSP had offered 788 t, which was also fully booked at a weighted average price of INR 36,500/t.
