PSU steelmaker RINL is likely to restart its Blast Furnace-3 in Jun’25, according to market sources. Currently, BF-1 and BF-2 together produce around 14,000 t of hot metal per day. The restart of BF-3 is expected to boost overall supply, potentially easing steel prices amid improved availability. RINL produced 3.58 mnt of crude steel in FY’25.
