Talwandi Sabo Power Limited (TSPL), a Vedanta Group company, invites a tender for purchase of 160,000 MT non coking coal on CIF west coast port India basis and/or transportation of coal from west coast port to TSPL, Mansa, Punjab.
The bids initially remains valid and open for acceptance for 10 days from the date of tender opening.
Delivery schedule
The tentative delivery scheduled of 80,000 MT material by 15 Aug’16 and remaining 80,000 MT quantity by 5 Oct’16.
Specification
Gross calorific value (As received basis): 5,000 to 5,800 kcal/kg
Volatile matter (Air dried basis): 25 to 40%
Ash (Air dried basis): 20% max
Total moisture (As received basis): 22% max
Sulphur (Air dried basis): 1% max
Eligibility criteria
1. The bidder should be regular supplier of bulk quantities of non coking coal and must have supplied minimum 1 MnT non coking coal in any one financial year during last three financial years.
2. The annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding financial year as on the last date of bid submission shall not be less than 4 billion INR.
3. Bidder to supply non coking coal from single mine and should mention the country of origin and name of mine during bidding process.
Due date
The due date of bid submission is 1 Aug’16 at 11:30 hrs IST and the techno-commercial opening is on same day at 12:30 hrs IST.
