India: Around 14,000 t sponge iron export deals recorded for Bangladesh

India’s sponge iron export offers witnessed a decline of $2/t this week.

• Nepal: Export offers fell marginally by $2/t w-o-w, settling at $322/t CPT Raxaul. Buying interest from Nepal remained largely subdued, with limited inquiries reported throughout the week.
• Bangladesh: Demand remained strong, with around 14,000 t of sponge iron deals concluded in the range of $330-333/t CPT Benapole.
