India: NMDC to auction around 70,000 t of iron ore from Chhattisgarh

NMDC Bacheli has scheduled an auction for 68,500 t of iron ore from its Bacheli mines on 5 Jun’25.
The material offered includes 4,000 t sized lumps (10-20 mm, Fe 65.5%), 21,500 t DR CLO (Fe 67%), and 43,000 t fines (Fe 64%).
29 May auction results: 51,000 t fines (Fe 64%) sold at INR 5,500/t; 4,000 t lumps (10-20 mm, Fe 65.5%) booked at INR 6,640/t – both at base price (FOR basis, inclusive of taxes).
