China: Tangshan billet prices edge up by RMB 10/t ($1/t) d-o-d

Steel billet prices in Tangshan, China inched up d-o-d by RMB 10/t ($1/t) to RMB 2,940/t ($407/t), including 13% VAT, on 21 May’25.
Stability in raw material, and finished steel prices and SHFE futures supported billet prices.
SHFE rebar futures (Oct’25) held stable d-o-d at RMB 3,061/t ($424/t) on 21 May’25.
