Metal & Mineral Trading Corporation (MMTC), one of the major global players in the minerals trade and single largest exporter of minerals from India.
The company had invited interested overseas buyers for the purchase of 45,000 MT Chrome concentrate (50/48% Cr) of Indian origin through its export tender for August shipment.
The material has been offered by Tata Steel. Also, bidders should quote prices in USD/MT FOB Paradip Port basis.
The last date for submission of the tender will be 01 Aug’16 at 11.00 hrs and technical and price bid will open on the same day at 11.15 hrs and 16.00 hrs respectively.
Last export tender for 35,000 MT awarded at USD 225/MT, FOB India
On 13 Jun’16, the company issued an export tender for 35,000 MT Chrome concentrate with scheduled technical bids to close on 04 Jul’16.
According to market sources, the tender had been awarded to Tata Steel Asia (Hong Kong) Limited at USD 225/MT FOB Paradip Port.
