Steel billet tags in China’s Tangshan dipped by RMB 20/t ($3/t) d-o-d to RMB 2,910/t ($403/t), including 13% VAT, on 9 May’25.
Prices dipped due to weak demand, declining futures and uncertainties in global markets.
SHFE rebar futures (Oct’25) decreased d-o-d by RMB 30/t ($4/t) to RMB 3,022/t ($418/t) on 9 May’25.
