- On a y-o-y basis, exports decreased slightly by 5% from 179,731 t in Q1CY’24.
- India led the importers list with 109,995 t, accounting for over 60% of the total volume, followed by Bangladesh (30,195 t), Bolivia (10,655 t) and Pakistan (5,511 t) in Q1CY’25.
- In Mar’25, Brazil exported 59,220 t of ferrous scrap.
