BALCO, one of India’s leading aluminium producers, has reduced prices of its primary aluminium P1020 (99.7%) ingots by INR 4,500/t ($52/t), effective 22 Mar’25. Balco’s revised prices are at INR 272,500/t ($3,169/t), down from INR 277,000/t ($3,221/t) on 19 Mar. All prices are ex-works and exclude GST. At the time of reporting, aluminium futures on the LME stood at $2,624/t.
