Europe: Outokumpu raises stainless steel surcharges for Apr’25

Outokumpu has released its surcharges for flat alloy products for Apr’25 deliveries, raising those for the majorly traded stainless steel grades. Post-revision, prices were:

• 304 (EN 1.4301) series: $2,238/t, up $53/t m-o-m.
• 316L (EN 1.4404): $3,641/t, up by $70/t m-o-m.
• 430 (EN 1.4016): $1,113/t, up by $12/t m-o-m.

The company’s annual melt production capacity is 2.55 mnt. Cold-rolled/hot-rolled strip production is 1.6 mnt/year.
