India’s medium-carbon silico manganese prices (Mn: 53%, Si: 20%, C: 0.5% max) remained flat w-o-w at INR 84,000/t ($973/t) exw-Durgapur on 20 Mar’25. Offers ranged within INR 82,500-85,000/t ($956-985/t), with deals for around 700 t concluded at INR 81,000-84,000/t ($938-973/t). The price stability could be attributed to a stagnant flat steel market and limited inquiries, reducing market activity.
