India: Karnataka to auction over 290,000 t of iron ore on 12 Mar

Karnataka is set to auction 294,500 t of iron ore on 12 Mar’25.

• KSMCL: Total 170,500 t, comprising 59,500-t lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 50.04-52.95%) and 111,000-t fines (Fe 52.52-52.88%).
• SKMEPL: 68,000-t lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 53-63.9%) at INR 3,200-6,500/t and 56,000-t fines (Fe 49-59%) at INR 1,500-3,700/t.

KSMCL’s prices are yet to be announced, while SKMEPL’s includes royalty, DMF, and NMET.
