Jindal SAW reduced its pellet (Fe63%) prices by INR 400/t ($5/t) to INR 10,900/t ($125/t) DAP Kandla on 3 Mar’25. As per sources, the price cut follows a decline in global iron ore rates and increased availability of high-grade imported pellets. However, no deal was reported at revised offers in the Kandla cluster. Meanwhile, China’s Fe 62% iron ore fines dropped $5/t w-o-w to $104/t CFR recently.
