Iran: Domestic billet prices up amid supply concerns, rebar edges down

Iran’s billet prices rose this week due to increasing DRI prices and supply concerns, while rebar prices edged lower amid weak sentiments in the finished steel market, sources informed BigMint.

• Billet prices increased by 500 Rial/kg to 310,000 Rial/kg on 17 Feb’25 against 12 Feb.
• Rebar prices decreased by 2,000 Rial/kg to 370,000 Rial/kg on 17 Feb’25 against 12 Feb.
