Sweden: LKAB’s pellet output down 20% y-o-y in Q4CY’24

LKAB’s pellet output stood at 5.7 mnt in Q4CY’24, a y-o-y fall of 19% as compared to 7 mnt in Q4CY’23. Production disruptions from earlier quarters affected output, with ongoing shutdowns for repairs. By the end of the quarter, all plants resumed full production.
LKAB’s iron ore products delivery volumes for the quarter inched up by 3% y-o-y to 6.7 mnt in Q4CY’24 against 6.5 mnt in Q4CY’23.
