Anglo American’s iron ore output remains largely stable y-o-y in CY’24

Anglo American’s iron ore production stood at 60.8 mnt in CY’24, up marginally by 1% from 59.9 mnt in CY’23. CY’25 guidance was reduced to 57-61 mnt as compared to 58-62 mnt earlier.
However, production decreased by 9% q-o-q to 14.3 mnt in Q4CY’24 as against 15.7 mnt in Q3CY’24.
Sales, too, fell marginally by 1% y-o-y to 60.91 mnt in CY’24 against 61.49 mnt in CY’23.
