Malaysia: OM Holdings’ manganese alloys output drops 16% q-o-q in Q4FY’25

OM Holdings recorded manganese alloys output of 72,769 t in Q4FY’25, down 16% q-o-q.
However, ferro silicon production increased by 8% q-o-q to 48,061 t, due to the addition of 1 silicon metal furnace producing ferro silicon.
Ferro silicon sales declined 5% q-o-q, while manganese alloys surged 32% q-o-q, driven by carryover shipments from the previous quarter into Q4. Note: Om Holdings’ financial year is from Jan to Dec.
