Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Limited (KFIL) emerged as the highest bidder at the Jambunatha iron ore mine auction at a premium of 148.10%, BigMint learnt from sources. The block, of around 164.98 Ha, is located in the Bellary district, Karnataka, and has geological resources of 21.38 mnt. The mine comprises deposits of average-grade Fe 62.14%.
