Iran’s domestic billet and rebar prices rose despite uncertain market dynamics, sources informed BigMint. Billet prices climbed up, as traders offloaded most cargoes at the Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) amid concerns over future demand. Similarly, rebar prices increased, following supply constraints.
- Billet prices rose 3,000 Rial/kg to 277,500 Rial/kg on 22 Jan’25 against 20 Jan.
- Rebar tags increased 1,000 Rial/kg to 323,000 Rial/kg on 22 Jan’25 against 20 Jan.
