The Odisha government is set to invest INR 4,000 crore to develop a ship recycling hub near Paradip Port, in partnership with Paradip Port Authority. The project aims to establish a key centre for shipbuilding and repair, along with expanding port infrastructure through the development of two new ports at Inchuri and Bahuda. These ports will handle up to 40 mnt of cargo annually.
