India: NMDC to auction over 200,000 t of iron ore from Chhattisgarh

Bacheli: 38,700 t of DRCLO (10-40 mm, Fe 67%) and 107,500 t fines (Fe 64%) on 8 Jan’25 and 12,000 t of lumps (10-20 mm, Fe 65.5%) on 7 Jan.
Kirandul: 68,800 t ROM (10-150 mm, Fe 65.5%) on 8 Jan.
In its previous auction on 31 Dec, only 6,000-t Baila-sized lumps (10-20 mm, Fe 65.5%) were sold at INR 6,870/t and 8,600 t ROM at INR 5,920/t from Bacheli and Kirandul, respectively. Prices are FOR, ex-stockpile/mines basis (+ royalty, DMF, NMET).
