In Jan’25, Taiwan’s largest stainless steel producer, Yusco, cut prices of 300-series products by TWD 2,000/t ($60/t) due to lower raw material costs, including nickel. Prices for 316L extra were reduced by TWD 1,000/t, and 400-series prices by TWD 500/t ($15/t), marking the second consecutive month of price cuts.
