India: MCL, ECL to offer over 0.8 mnt of coal via e-auctions

Mahanadi Coalfields Ltd (MCL) and Eastern Coalfields Ltd (ECL) will offer 0.806 mnt of coal via e-auctions.

• MCL: 0.548 mnt at its e-auction on 19 Dec’24, including G7, G12, and G13 grades.
• ECL: 0.258 mnt at its e-auction scheduled for the same day, with primarily G4 and G6 grades.
