Iran: Billet, rebar prices continue to head south amid market uncertainty

Billet prices in Iran dropped further due to rising production costs and weakened demand. As a result, rebar prices have also declined, mirroring the downward trend in billet prices, sources informed BigMint.

• Billet prices dipped 500 Rial/kg to 260,000 Rial/kg on 4 Dec’24 as against 2 Dec.
• Rebar prices decreased by 4,000 Rial/kg to 305,000 Rial/kg on 4 Dec as against 2 Dec.
