Hoa Phat Group, the leading industrial manufacturing group in Vietnam, slashed its monthly HRC (SAE1006, non-skinpassed) prices by around $12/t m-o-m for Feb-Mar’25 shipments, sources informed BigMint. Post-revision, prices for the southern region stood at approximately $525/t or VND 13,370,000/t against $537/t previously, excluding VAT. The company reduced its prices amid declining domestic demand and increasing imports from China.
