Balco, one of India’s leading aluminium producers, cut prices of its primary aluminium P1020 (99.7%) ingots by INR 5,750/t ($68/t), effective 22 Nov’24. Balco’s new prices are at INR 259,500/t ($3,073/t), down from INR 265,250/t ($3,141/t) on 21 Nov. All prices are ex-works and exclude GST. At the time of reporting, aluminium futures on the LME stood at $2,614/t.
