Walsin Lihwa’s subsidiary, Walsin Singapore, will invest $9.15 million to build a stainless steel wire rod plant in Indonesia’s Morowali Industrial Park. The facility, with an annual capacity of 300,000 t, is set to be completed by 2026. It will primarily serve the Southeast and South Asian markets, expanding Walsin Lihwa’s presence in the region’s growing steel sector.
